Individual Therapy
Individual relationship therapy provides a supportive and reflective space for exploring challenges such as breakups, communication difficulties, loss of intimacy and connection or feeling stuck in recurring patterns. Therapy focuses on building self awareness and understanding how past experiences and early family dynamics might be influencing your current relationship behaviours.

Through therapy, you can work on improving communication skills, managing conflict, and setting healthy boundaries. It also provides a safe and compassionate environment to process feelings around breakups or endings, while fostering resilience and clarity for moving forward.

Sessions are £60 for 50 mins, in person or online
​
NOTE: The expectation is that you will attend weekly sessions that will usually take place at the same time each week.
Payments are made via bank transfer after the session.
