Meet Sarah
Welcome! I’m Sarah Briggs and I specialise in relationship therapy for couples and individuals. I am an experienced therapist and have an established private practice based in a comfortable and peaceful setting in Sunninghill.

I am passionate about facilitating positive change in relationships, providing an empathic, warm and confidential space to explore whatever problems you are experiencing.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and strictly adhere to their ethical framework in maintaining safe and ethical practice and ensuring a professional and confidential therapeutic experience.
I regularly update my training as part of my Continuing Professional Development and to bring the most effective and up to date practices into our sessions.
